What is the objective?
This is a three hour session providing resume assistance, interview training and practice and professionalism tips to clients of the United Way THRIVE program.
What types of volunteers are needed?
-Interview Coaching- Recruiters, HR Managers or Leaders with Hiring Manager experience
-Professionalism Training - Recruiters, HR personnel who can coach candidates on professionalism throughout the job search process and on the job.
-Resume Assistance- HR pros or TA specialists willing to coach on resume tips and strategies
Who are the clients?
Participants in the United Way THRIVE program with current or recent training in entry level healthcare positions

-Certified Nurse Assistants
-Phlebotomists
-Other entry level positions
